GROW. events focus on personal growth through exploration, creativity, and connection to others. Led by trained psychotherapists in a smaller group setting, participants will engage in meaningful conversations, movement, creative expression, and mindfulness. GROW. gatherings are shorter events to bring people together in community. Each day-long retreat is one part of a four part year-long series that allows participants to more deeply connect with one another both during and outside of the retreat setting to create community that will ideally last beyond the retreat experience. These retreats are designed for those having difficulty navigating life transitions but can be helpful to anyone desiring more connection and support as the only constant in life is change itself.
